These guys are great! A family business you can trust. Called these guys early Monday morning and Jeremy and Aiden came out the day of to provide the services needed. You can tell they are both very knowledgeable and take pride in providing honest solutions. I’ve had some awful experiences in the past with other septic companies and their “scare tactics” this company is not one of those. Would highly recommended them! They will have all of my business moving forward.

Great experience with Metcalf Septic. We had our Septic tank pumped. They arrived on time and got right to work. They had to dig to get to the tank and they left the yard in good shape. Very nice guys! Reasonable price. I highly recommend.

I needed my septic tank pumped and I asked my neighbor who they used. She said they had used Metcalf Septic Services for years so I gave them a call. Mr. Metcalf answered my phone call promptly and quoted me a price that I felt was fair and very reasonable. He was at my home promptly the next day and took care of the job efficiently. What a friendly and professional person he was, and he even took the time to explain the workings of my septic system and even answered all of my questions, clearly and concisely. Ditto also for the young man working with him. They absolutely know their job. In the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again for any of my septic tank needs.

Our septic backed up into the house one day before we were supposed to leave on vacation. Jeremy came out same day. Other companies charged a premium for emergency service but these guys did not. We called Mr. Metcalf on a Sat morning at 8am and had our tank pumped and covered by 10am. You won't find a better gentleman or septic pumping company. Oh, and definitely won't beat their prices. Blows everyone else away.

Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Took a lot of time during the estimate to locate the tank. Fair, competitive bid. Actual work of digging to tank, adding risers and cleaning out tank took a little longer than expected. Work was really needed and they got it all out.

It’s hard to imagine getting better service from anyone doing this kind of work! These guys have a sense of urgency and a can do attitude that is sometimes hard to find these days! They even came and finished our job on a Saturday. They are extremely nice and personable too. As long as the Metcalfs are in business we would not consider using anyone else!
