We had a complicated septic issue that required collapsing an old tank and running new pipes to the city sewer. A road had to be crossed and an additional pipe that was emptying in the wrong place had to be tied in to the new system. Jeremy and his guys did a truly excellent job! They worked on the weekend so when the road was unusable it wouldn’t affect a neighboring business and there wasn’t even a time when we couldn’t flush toilets. Maybe the biggest bonus was that they left the yard in as great a shape as could be hoped for! It will take a while to get grass back but it’s flat and well compacted and they even graveled the road afterwards. These guys are worth the wait!!! Excellent work that lasts!!

Great experience with Jeremy. Our septic tank had to be pumped, I called him on a Friday evening after hours, he showed up on time Saturday morning and pumped the tank out. Great service!

We are very pleased with Metcalf Spetic and will use them in the future. We had bubbling in our toilets that remained after a different local septic company pumped our tank a few years prior. We’d had our drains snaked 3 times since. We thought we were in need of a drain field replacement or a additional vent needing to be installed. Come to find out, only one of the two stages of our tank were pumped the first time which is why the issue remained. Metcalf septic was on time, friendly, did a thorough job, and our issue is now resolved. I’d highly recommend using them if you are in need of septic services.

I'm 100% satisfied with the the job that was done. They did a pump out of my septic tank and installed a new style filter to better protect the drain field. The old set up from the mid 90's was basic and inadequate. I appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions on care and maintenance too. I'll be using them again when it comes time.
