Mr. Metcalf answered my phone call promptly and quoted me a price that I felt was fair and very reasonable. He was at my home promptly the next day and took care of the job efficiently. What a friendly and professional person he was, and he even took the time to explain the workings of my septic system and even answered all of my questions, clearly and concisely. Ditto also for the young man working with him. They absolutely know their job. In the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again for any of my septic tank needs.
