Very prompt , came on a Saturday which I didnt expect and im very grateful. Rates are very reasonable. Worked the entire time they were here . I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received from Metcalf Septic was so incredible, I felt I really needed to share how wonderful this company is! I had a situation that was challenging and went through two septic companies before finding Metcalf. They came through with work and commitment beyond expectation. Folks like these are rare these days and I can’t say enough good things about them both professionally and personally. If you are looking for integrity and fairness and all around amazing service, then these are your guys!! Beyond grateful that I found them, they really saved me!

Called Jeremy the day before Thanksgiving and he was able to schedule pumping tank located in Avery County for Friday. He and Dustin arrived as scheduled and were most efficient and professional. Afterwards, Jeremy offered suggestions to improve the tank and filter. Going to recommend them to others in area.

Metcalf is phenomenal. I had an emergency overflow issue with my septic and they are the only ones who answered their phone on a Sunday and showed up promptly, traveling all the way from Weaverville to Little Switzerland. They were friendly yet focused, while providing feedback regarding the cause.

Had a back up issue in my house and over 10 Septic companies couldn't come out for a week. Metcalf was also fully booked. But the difference was, they helped locate a Septic company that could come to my house the same day. These guys are GREAT!

These guys are great! A family business you can trust. Called these guys early Monday morning and Jeremy and Aiden came out the day of to provide the services needed. You can tell they are both very knowledgeable and take pride in providing honest solutions. I’ve had some awful experiences in the past with other septic companies and their “scare tactics” this company is not one of those. Would highly recommended them! They will have all of my business moving forward.

Great experience with Metcalf Septic. We had our Septic tank pumped. They arrived on time and got right to work. They had to dig to get to the tank and they left the yard in good shape. Very nice guys! Reasonable price. I highly recommend.
